Hi Bobbie & Friends. The Drum Circle for Global
Unity<http://www.drumforglobalunity.com/>is a great idea!
We're organizing a drum circle <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drum_circle> at
the Downtown Gazebo in Paducah, Kentucky at 1:00pm Central Time. *open space

This is in conjunction with Transition
Paducah<http://transitionnetwork.org/initiatives/paducah>and is hoped
to be our big roll out event. We'll see.
I posted a facebook event that coincides:
Oshweken <http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=108785005828728> > Toronto >
Paducah <http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=130904953601475> > Huntsville
> Kristiansand … would be cool if all could link up via fb, eh? me@fb<http://www.facebook.com/charley.quinton>
Are you serious about streaming and connecting the circles up world-wide?
That sounds exciting and plausible to me. I don't have much personal gear,
but we may be able to get a nice laptop with multimedia by then. Downtown
Paducah has wireless access point. How can that be implemented?
This whole idea could be a Global Transition Initiative that shows how to
act locally and participate globally.
I put an event record<http://www.wiserearth.org/event/view/db877d88887843c8d534691aa23b5f62>on
WiserEarth via the Global Music Project, OpenKollab and the 5m
group <http://www.wiserearth.org/group/mmmmm>.
So, yes. I'm volunteering. Hmmm we need at least
4375<http://worldmusiccentral.org/article.php/20050626135837449>people
for the same 8 minutes? Talk to me!
Drumming for you,
Charley Quinton (yeoman)

Hi All,
Interesting – I'm forwarding this to my buddy Larry Swanson of Seattle,
who's big into the drumming community there.
Keep the rhythms going!
