The emerging work world has resemblances to the arts industry. We organize
through project work. We dive into collaborative peer-to-peer production
where anyone can lead and follow. If you are interested in leading projects
or organize grassroots efforts towards a shared purpose in this new work
world, this call will be of interest.
 
Leadership involves holding generative space and effectively facilitating
these processes: engaging a community, building a vision, getting work done,
making decisions, and generating value.
 
– In an open distributed work world, what are helpful characteristics,
capacities and tactics of community leadership?
– What are examples of leadership in a peer project work world, such as
in experimental arts, where collaborative projects are the norm?
– How do we practice our use of self?
