I agree.
I suggest that:
for collaborations to emerge there is a need to seed large numbers of
weak/shallow ties with succinct information
for collaborations to grow there is a need for detailed information
For strategic/project-based collaborations we believe PRUB (Projects ->
Results -> Uses -> Benefits) is the most succinct and effective information
set for seeding large numbers of weak/shallow ties to trigger collaborations
to emerge.
So we focus on "making the right information maximally visible" to weak
and/or strong ties/networks in order to enable collaborations to
self-identify and evolve/grow.
